About Udaan Nepal

A name that means takeoff — built for students who are ready to rise

We started as one small classroom in Kathmandu and grew into a teaching team that meets students wherever they are — in person or online.

Our story

Why we exist

Udaan Nepal began with a simple frustration: too many capable students were falling behind not because they lacked ability, but because the right teacher wasn't nearby, or the right batch was already full.

So we built two doors into the same classroom. One door is physical — desks, whiteboards, a teacher who knows your name. The other is a live screen — the same teacher, the same lesson, reaching a student three districts away.

Today, "Udaan" is less a brand name and more a promise: wherever you're starting from, there is a version of this classroom that fits you, and a path upward from it.

What guides how we teach

  • 01

    Small batches, always

No class is sized so large that a struggling student goes unnoticed.

  • 02

    One syllabus, two formats

Physical and online students sit the same tests, on the same week.

  • 03

    Progress you can see

Weekly tests and reports, not just end-of-term surprises.

Mission

To make high-quality teaching reachable for every student in Nepal, regardless of which city or district they study from.

Vision

A Nepal where a student's postal code never decides the ceiling of their academic results.

Values

Honesty about a student's progress, discipline in attendance, and respect between teacher and student in both classrooms.
